Care, ownership and the ten-month commitment

What Launch Care covers

Hosting support, form checks, maintenance and minor content updates within an agreed monthly allowance. It is not the separate Conversion Care service or an unlimited development plan. Hosting capacity, response times and included updates are recorded in your proposal.

Payment and ownership

The managed route has a ten-payment minimum commitment, not a cancel-anytime subscription. Ownership transfer, missed-payment handling, any early-exit settlement and handover are agreed in writing before payment. Submitting a brief does not start billing.

After the included care period

Upfront includes three months of care; managed includes ten. Continued hosting or care is quoted separately before renewal. No automatic upgrade to Conversion Care.

Outside this scope

You supply final copy and approved imagery. Domain registration, paid licences, extra pages, custom CMS, e-commerce, integrations and custom 3D are separate. Taxes and every third-party charge are confirmed before you commit.

How is this different from Signature Website?

Website Launch provides a defined professional foundation. Signature Website adds original art direction and a more bespoke presentation of your business. We recommend the smaller route when it meets your needs.

What do I need to provide?

Your business details, final copy, approved imagery, contact preferences and required domain or hosting access. We confirm responsibilities and review dates before starting.

Can we add more later?

Yes. Extra pages, integrations and ongoing care can be scoped separately. They are not silently added to the launch fee.

Is the website really free?

The website build is free with the paid ten-month Launch Care Plan: there is no separate build fee. Care costs INR 5,000/month for ten months, totalling INR 50,000 before applicable GST. All ten payments are required, with the first due before work starts. It is not a free overall service or a cancel-anytime plan. Alternatively, pay INR 44,500 once for the build with three months of care included.

What happens after the included care period?

Continued hosting or care is quoted separately before renewal. We agree hosting capacity, minor-update limits, ownership transfer and handover in writing. There is no automatic upgrade to the larger Conversion Care service.

Can I cancel the monthly plan early?

It is a ten-payment commitment, not a cancel-anytime subscription. Any early-exit settlement, missed-payment handling and ownership conditions are recorded in your agreement before the first payment.

Can a business outside India choose this plan?

Yes, if the same defined scope fits. These plans have an INR base amount; any other billing currency, applicable taxes and payment method are agreed in the proposal. Your location does not change the scope or base price.
